This week on Sports With Friends:

Sam Bird of Envision Virgin Racing in the FIA Formula-E circuit joins the show. He is a British professional racing driver who is the only driver to win at least one race in each of Formula E’s five seasons.

In this episode, we talk about how Bird ascended to the top of his sport. Also, he discusses how this sport is more than just a competition, and that the technology advances used to win can actually impact consumer cars in the not-to-distant future.

Plus, Bird drives for Virgin, and that means Sir Richard Branson. Bird discusses his dealings with the mogul, and shares some fun stories along the way.
