Dylan Moses

Dylan MosesThe media loves stories about star grade-school athletes committing to major colleges before they step foot into high school.

It gets headlines, sports radio talks about it and a spotlight is shined on both the athlete and the school.

Dylan Moses is a 5-star recruit in the 2017 class who is largely considered to be the class’s number one prospect overall.  Following the completion of his 8th-grade year, he committed to play college football at LSU.

The 6-2, 220lb running back / linebacker announced today that he’s reopened his recruitment.  He’s saying that LSU is still the favorite, but that he owes it to himself to fully enjoy this experience.

Moses had 176.5 tackles as a freshman and 152 as a sophomore for University Lab in Baton Rouge, La.

He tweeted this:

His father, Edward Moses, responded to a text from AL.com with a text of “2” when asked where Alabama stands, but has not responded further.  Moses has made multiple trips to Alabama.
