MLS Weekly Transfer Update

The European transfer window may be closed, but the MLS window is still very much open, meaning that plenty of moves can still be made

Sofiane Hanni- After selling talisman Sebastian Giovinco to Saudi Arabia, Toronto reportedly want to bring in the Algerian international as his replacement.

Florentin Pogba- Florentin Pogba, brother of Paul Pogba, is reportedly close to signing with Atlanta United, as the defending champions look to shore up their defense.

Nani- Though a specific club has not been named as having interest, the Portuguese international wants an MLS move, and is being shopped around the league by his agent.

Kolbeinn Sigthorsson- The oft-injured Icelandic international has been linked to Vancouver, as interest in Sardar Azmoun appears to be fading.

Marco Fabian- Per Taylor Twellman, Mexican international Marco Fabian is in ‘final discussions” with Philadelphia Union.

Sofiane Hanni- Toronto FC are reportedly interested in bringing in the Algerian international as a Sebastian Giovinco replacement.

Gedion Zelalem- The US youth international and Arsenal prospect has been linked to Sporting Kansas City. His career has been slowed by injuries, and MLS could be a chance to get it back on track.
