In order to kayak, you need to find a part of the water that is both shallow, and the water is calm to place the kayak. Once you’ve done this, you sit in the kayak and place the right side of your paddle blade in the water, rotate your torso, and pull the blade through the water alongside your boat. It’s going to require upper body strength and give you a good workout while you’re at it.

Rock Climbing

Some sports are more challenging than others and rock climbing can definitely be on the challenging side. If you want to push yourself to your limits, then think about trying this sport. One tip for rock climbing is to hang from straight arms and try to drive yourself upwards by high-stepping your feet and using only leg muscles to stand. Also, don’t make the mistake most beginners do of wearing loose fitting comfortable shoes. Instead, get a high-end pair of shoes that are snug enough for you to climb with.
